The Llamas-Da Conceicao Insurance Agency Inc. is dedicated to supporting our insurance agencies and serving the communities we represent. My District Team works closely with agents and their staff to provide guidance, training, and resources that help drive growth, strengthen retention, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With agencies spanning across the Central Coast, we take a collaborative and hands-on approach to support, whether that means assisting with new business strategies, life insurance initiatives, operational best practices, or ongoing education. Our goal is to empower each agency with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build strong, successful businesses while protecting what matters most to our customers.

Leticia Llamas Daconceicao

As a District Manager, I lead the growth and performance of a multi-agency district by recruiting, developing, and mentoring agency owners. I provide hands-on coaching in sales, staffing, retention, and business strategy.

My mission is to help agents build strong, successful businesses that deliver exceptional customer service and meaningful community impact.

District Retention Specialist

Teresa Serrano

Teresa partners with agencies to strengthen customer relationships and improve retention. She provides guidance on account reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and proactive service strategies that help agencies retain customers, increase value, and support long-term growth.

Associate Business Consultant

Jordynn Diaz

Jordynn supports agency success by assisting with onboarding, licensing, and new agent tasks. She also provides guidance on online branding to help agencies build a strong, professional presence and operate effectively from day one.

District Operations Manager

Sydney Yamanishi

Sydney oversees district-wide communications, manages and distributes key data trackers, and supports marketing efforts through digital infographics and promotional materials. She also coordinates administrative processes and resources to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations in support of district leadership and agencies.

District Recruiter

Breanna Rojas

Breanna connects motivated individuals with career opportunities in the insurance industry. Working closely with the District Office and local agencies, she supports candidates through recruiting, licensing, and onboarding, while helping build strong, successful agency teams.

Marketing Assistant

Everardo Espinoza

Everardo supports the District Retention Specialist by making outbound calls and assisting with retention outreach efforts. He assists with follow-ups, scheduling, and communication to support strong customer relationships.

Front Desk Assistant

Vanessa Bonilla Perez

Vanessa manages incoming and outbound calls and assists with daily administrative tasks. She helps keep the office organized, while supporting the district team’s day-to-day needs.
